Geltungsbereich

Diese Erklärung gilt für das Computerspiel. Die gleichnamige Oper hat eine eigene Website und eine eigene Datenschutzerklärung. Fassungen für Android und macOS sind noch nicht erhältlich; für sie wird diese Erklärung vorher ergänzt.

Spielstände auf dem Gerät

Das Einzelspielerspiel ist ohne eigenes Konto und ohne Internetverbindung spielbar. Spielstände, Einstellungen und der lokale Erfolgsstand werden nur im Nutzerverzeichnis des Geräts gespeichert. Das Spiel übermittelt diese Dateien nicht an Sonamont. Sie bleiben dort, bis du sie löschst; eine Deinstallation entfernt sie je nach Plattform möglicherweise nicht. Es gibt keine Werbung, keine Analyse- oder Telemetrie-SDKs und keine Käufe im Spiel. Lokale Diagnose- und Aufnahmedateien für die Fehlersuche bleiben ebenfalls auf dem Gerät.

Steam

Die aktuelle Fassung enthält keine Steamworks-Schnittstelle. Steam übernimmt nur Kauf, Download und Updates; dafür gilt Valves Datenschutzerklärung. Erfolge werden ausschließlich lokal auf dem Gerät gespeichert.

Aufruf dieser Seite und Kontaktaufnahme

Beim Aufruf der Webseite verarbeitet der Hostinganbieter technische Zugriffsdaten, etwa IP-Adresse und Zeitpunkt, um die Seite auszuliefern und abzusichern. Wenn du eine E-Mail an Sonamont schreibst, wird die Nachricht zur Beantwortung verarbeitet. Für Auskunft, Berichtigung oder Löschung der Daten bei Sonamont gilt die obige Kontaktadresse. Daten im Steam-Konto kannst du über den Steam-Support verwalten. Du kannst dich außerdem bei der belgischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren.

Scope

This policy covers the computer game. The opera of the same name has its own website and its own privacy policy. Versions for Android and macOS are not yet available; this policy will be extended before they are offered.

Saved data on your device

This single-player game can be played without a separate account and without an internet connection. Saved games, settings and local achievement progress are stored only in the device's user directory. The game does not send these files to Sonamont. They remain there until you delete them; depending on the platform, uninstalling the game may leave them in place. The game contains no advertising, no analytics or telemetry SDKs and no in-game purchases. Local diagnostic and recording files used for troubleshooting also stay on the device.

Steam

The current version contains no Steamworks interface. Steam only handles purchase, download and updates; Valve's privacy policy applies to that. Achievements are stored only locally on the device.
