Remove data from your device
To remove one gate, open SonaPorta Settings, select the gate and delete it. To remove all locally saved SIP credentials, gates and setup drafts, uninstall SonaPorta through the device's app settings. Clearing the app's storage, where offered by Android or Wear OS, also resets it. Each watch, phone and tablet stores its own configuration: deleting data on one device does not delete it on another. There is no Sonamont settings backup; setup must be entered again. On Windows, close SonaPorta and delete the file %LOCALAPPDATA%\SonaPorta\settings.dpapi to remove every saved credential, gate and draft; uninstall the app itself through Windows Settings or the Microsoft Store.
Revoke access in your telephone system
The SIP account belongs to your router or telephone system, not Sonamont. Disable or delete its IP telephone account, or change its password, in that system's administration. If a configured device is lost, do this promptly. Uninstalling SonaPorta does not revoke access or erase router logs. Ask the system operator about deleting those records.
Request deletion of support correspondence
There is no Sonamont app account to delete. If you have emailed support, contact sonamontmedia@gmail.com to request deletion of that correspondence. Identify the earlier conversation without sending SIP passwords or gate codes. We explain any records that must be retained and why. Google Play purchase records are managed separately by Google, and Microsoft Store purchase records separately by Microsoft.
